Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PostDodo, a social media scheduling service operated by Cobra Trading Ltd (United Kingdom). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
PostDodo lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to the social media accounts you connect, and shows you whether each post succeeded. We use official platform APIs only. Features and supported platforms may change as the product evolves.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through PostDodo.
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and publish it on your behalf to the platforms you choose.
- You confirm you have the right to connect each account and to post the content you schedule.
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PostDodo to post unlawful content, spam, or anything that violates a connected platform’s rules.
- Do not use it to create inauthentic accounts or engagement, or to evade a platform’s limits or terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put our platform integrations at risk.
Billing, trial, and cancellation
New accounts start with a free trial; no card is required to begin. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and pricing is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your account, which stops future renewals. We do not use surprise renewals or hidden cancellation barriers. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, but if something goes wrong, email us and we will make it right.
Third-party platforms
PostDodo connects to platforms such as Meta and Bluesky through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions, availability, or changes to their APIs. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules for the content you publish.
Reliability and availability
We work hard to publish every scheduled post and to surface any failure rather than hide it. However the service depends on third-party platform APIs that can change or go down. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from platform outages, API changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using PostDodo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and communicate material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
